A 90 minute session which will include both a warm up & a cool down & plenty of opportunities to take pictures. If you’d like a professional photographer to provide the pictures just ask we can provide one for you. You will learn the basic steps and then build up to mastering a full routine to a specific track - we’ll happily take requests! Some of our Hen groups have even gone on to perform their routines at the Wedding!
We have a large back catalogue of themes most have been individually created for the group taking into account their general fitness and dance experience also a theme or particular piece of music.
